They are thorough in their knowledge of the cars, fair in price, and genuinely seem to care about their customers. I've had my new (used) car for three days now and I am very happy with it. They really fix up the new cars well, and make them shiny and new. Sam is a kind salesman and Tony, the manager, is also a genuine guy. The whole experience took 4 hours, and I was exhausted leaving there at 10pm, but otherwise I was satisfied. More

He knew the vehicle, answered all our questions and worked to complete the sale to our satisfaction. The gentleman in Finance, Richard Smith, made the process painless. He explained each document, why it was necessary, and made sure we understood. He was patient, courteous and thorough. I don't think we'll have to shop around for a dealer when we get ready to purchase again. We've found a dealer who appreciates our business.
