Professional, Friendly and Thorough I won't take my vehicle anywhere else for servicing. I enjoy the entire process, from driving in, registering and completing check-out. I do appreciate that every time I come in that the we go over the checklist of items that are due at time of servicing. While I did come in for a simple oil change, it was also time for Brake and Differential fluids to be changed. My two filters were black and gross, those were changed too! I understand that it is up-selling, but to keep my vehicle in tip top condition, it requires someone (besides me) to make sure that these items are maintained on my Pilot. I LOVE my vehicle too much to take it anywhere else. Keep up the good work. More

My experience with Napleton Honda has always been pleasant. However last week I had to bring my 2018 Honda Accord in for a reason beyond my control. I was clueless and very disturbed about the issue pleasant. However last week I had to bring my 2018 Honda Accord in for a reason beyond my control. I was clueless and very disturbed about the issue but Aaron took full control of the situation. He assured me that I would be ok and my car was repairable. He even went the extra mile by talking to my insurance company, took pictures of the damaged then submitting the requested information to the claims department. Through this entire ordeal Aaron remained professional, helpful and kind. His actions spoke volume and I forever grateful for Aaron's help. More
