I come to Ed Napleton Honda because of the Ed Napleton Honda Experience. We bought a 2008 Honda Civic Hybrid and have only had 1 issue, air conditioner needed servicing, a common problem with all vehicles Honda Experience. I came in to have some work done last minute and they were nice and quick! Got me handle and out the door fast! Very disappointed. O asked to texted instead of being called, never happened. I brought my car in for recommended service as well as another issue. I was provided a courtesy car. When I returned to get m called, never happened. I brought my car in for recommended service as well as another issue. I was provided a courtesy car. When I returned to get my car, I was advised of the issue which would cost $2,500. The recommended repairs cost approximately $750.00. If Napleton had texted me as I requested, I would not have had the initial maintenance performed. I had no choice but to pay. While there, I went outside to look at the pre-owned inventory and not one sales rep approached me. There were two when I walked back into the showroom talking to each other and looking at one's cell phone. I stood in the showroom for a couple of minutes, no one approached me. I left. Furthermore, upon arrival, they had the only disabled spot blocked, a complete disregard to the disabled. This was on a Saturday, I traded the car Monda. Napleton lost a sale. Never again will I buy from any Napleton. More
