My mechanic Matthieu Ellis was so so helpful. He took the time to come in and explain what was going on with my vehicle. I ran over a steel rod and thought it was going to be MASSIVE repair/expensive. But he time to come in and explain what was going on with my vehicle. Was seeking solution for my new HR-V with only 3800 mi. for A/C that cools to only 50 degrees at idle per two thermometers in the center vent - not enough to keep cabin cool when 95+ outside. Advisor didn for A/C that cools to only 50 degrees at idle per two thermometers in the center vent - not enough to keep cabin cool when 95+ outside. Advisor didn't even know what Honda specs for it were. Said it sounded cool to him, could not find specs. I told him my brother's '20 goes to 40 degrees, but mine only gets that cold at 1800+ RPMs. I suggested he call a technician and ask. Said to check it they'd charge me to diagnose if found to be within specs. It was a catch 22. For a new car? Wrong. Called American Honda that responded back saying there's no charge to find out the problem. I wouldn't take my car back there for a flat tire or buy another Honda. I found the service incompetent and uncaring. More

Always like going there for oil changes. Their price is less than what I'd pay for oil/filter and do it myself. Plus they do an inspection and let me know if there are other things I need to take a look a less than what I'd pay for oil/filter and do it myself.
