Great service getting me in and out quickly I had an issue with my CRV that could make it impossible to drive my car safely so I took it in without a scheduled appointment. Flat Tire After Leaving the Dealership I was told there was a screw in the tire, I said I would take care of this back home and no thank you, please don't fix it. I was unaware that the mec I was told there was a screw in the tire, I said I would take care of this back home and no thank you, please don't fix it. I was unaware that the mechanics then took out the screw. They then didn't tell me they took out the screw and I drove away. When I drove home (an hour away and at night) I got a flat tire. Why would they take the screw out when I said I would take care of that? I'm so angry at the damage that could have been caused to my wheel because they took out this item that would guarantee to make my tire flat. I will not return for services at this dealership because they only cared about selling instead of safely getting me back on the road. More
