Then politely directed me to the spotless waiting area with snacks, coffee and drinks, where comfortable cushioned chairs waited for me, and TV for entertainment. The whole environment was very pleasant. He came to me to discuss a possible wiper replacement (i agreed) and the next thing I knew: my vehicle was done, washed and waiting for me outside.
