As with every consumer, we had many fine places to choose to buy our Honda CRV. Brian stood out as the most honest, forthright, and "no games" -- we appreciated this and chose Brian to be "our guy". A call from his manager, Jacob Kimble, the day before we arrived was a nice touch as well. It was also nice that he never seemed exasperated with my many calls and questions and the need for greater detail. I see a review where someone wrote "transparent" -- good description.
