There is a reason Ed Napleton Honda gets terrible reviews. Buying my CRV from them has been the worst experience in my 40 years of driving and purchasing new cars. The sales rep played buying games for 4 hours resulting in us walking out twice before a manager stepped in and asked us to come back in. The finance guy had an attitude and aggressiveness that was completely uncalled for. Our title paperwork was given to us over 30 days after purchase resulting in a late fee with DMV. They got my trade in payoff wrong resulting in me still owing money after the transaction. And the final straw was trying to contact the general manager to discuss and 2 weeks later still no response. I love my Honda but I will not purchase from Ed Napleton ever again. I have stripped my car of any mention of the Ed Napleton name because i do not recommend them to ANYONE and I am embarrassed for them by this experience. More
