Napleton had the car we wanted to test drive, unlike other dealers. We were able to setup a test drive and Tristan Riess was waiting for us when we arrived. After the test drive we wanted to purchase th other dealers. We were able to setup a test drive and Tristan Riess was waiting for us when we arrived. Sat for 3 hours the first night, mostly jibberish - nice people - but waste of our time. Should have left and never returned. We wanted the car and returned the next night with our trade in and asked them people - but waste of our time. Should have left and never returned. We wanted the car and returned the next night with our trade in and asked them to have the car ready, and we would pay cash- not needing financing when we got there. The car was ready. But only had 1/8 tank of gas, after spending $28K cash on the car. Really cheap on the trade-in, they went back and forth in classic dealership fashion. Talked to at least 5 people, fake best friend talk, waste of our time. Being stern didn't work. Questions such as "Is there a second key?" and "why did the display reboot?" were answered with silence...They would go away and leave us wondering - where in the xxxx did they go. Financing guy was shifty and moved numbers around baiting and switching the entire time. After 3 more hours the second night we left with car fed up and ready for bed. 6 weeks later our title is still not in our hands, they have to issue a check to us to offset the penalty we will have to pay for late filing of the title. Instead of letting us know when we will get the title, they keep asking US to call back to check on it. They said come and get it today, but still wasn't ready, good thing we called first before driving all the way over there. Poor customer service and communication. "We will take care of you" and "I'm working for you" kept coming up. This is the last car I buy from a dealership. Carvana next time. Telling all my friends. More

Additionally the whole staff that was great to work with and made my first ‘new’ car buying experience easy & quick. I wasn’t overwhelmed and they got me to the price I needed with making me feel uncomfortable or buy a car that wasn’t right for me. Highly recommend the crew at this dealership! Will be back if my car needs ever change in the future. More
