Ben was very helpful and helped us get things done. There was an issue with some of the work that was supposed to be completed before delivery but Ben once again made that right. It did seem odd that the car was not full of fuel upon delivery but over all was a good experience. I would recommend this dealership. More

We had a great experience at Ed Napleton Honda in St. Peters. We were warmly welcomed into the dealership by the staff at the front desk and they directed us to Ben Pilla. Ben is a warm and friendly man. Peters. We were warmly welcomed into the dealership by the staff at the front desk and they directed us to Ben Pilla. Ben is a warm and friendly man. He listened to our needs and gave us a lot of great information about the 2024 Hybrid CR-V, and then let the car sell itself on a test drive. Working with Ben was one of the best experiences we have ever had with a car salesman. While we were there, the manager of the dealership introduced himself and offered his assistance if we needed it. We met with the Finance manager who treated us very well. In short, from the front desk to the salesman to the management, all the way to the man who delivered the car to us, we had an outstanding experience at Ed Napleton Honda. More
