They estimated an hour for the repair when I called to schedule it. They had my car done in about a half hour instead. Great service department. We've used them for years and they are tops. We have 2 Hondas and have had both serviced within the last couple of weeks. Both vehicles were serviced in a timely manner which I ap they are tops. We have 2 Hondas and have had both serviced within the last couple of weeks. My Husband and I had an amazing experience at this Location, after having what can only be described as the worst experience ever and the west county honda dealership, I contacted Logan and talked to Location, after having what can only be described as the worst experience ever and the west county honda dealership, I contacted Logan and talked to him, he could tell we where cautious due to our last experience and he assured me they do not play those games and they truly did not. We had multiple people dealing with us and everyone of them treated us wonderfully. I will recommend this dealership to my family and friends over and over again. i believe if we would not have found them we would not have bought another Honda. I am so glad we found them. I wish every dealership was this Honest and Helpful. We will be going back from this point on. We could not be happier! More
