When he found out that we would have to resign a contract, he notified us immediately and then gave us an option of sending it to us FedEx or letting us come in to sign it. I have to drive 3 hours round trip to get to this dealership so you KNOW I really like them. They are friendly, very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. If you don't like a lounge they will have someone drive you to Mid-Rivers mall. I also traded and bought a new Ridgeline here in '06 (the vehicle I was having maintenance done on). You can definitely deal with these salespeople. The following is a plug for Ridgeline. Normally I trade off my vehicle every 2 years looking for the perfect one but I am so impressed with the versatility of this truck (waterproof trunk under the polycarbonate bed, 2-way tailgate, smooth ride, responsive steering, tows great, etc., etc., that I still own the '06 which looks brand new.
