Let me start by saying I did not need a new car. I was just looking, but had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. We stopped in to Ed Napleton Honda to take a closer look at the Honda lineup and possibly just looking, but had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. John Doorack greeted us at the door and listened intently as I explained what I was looking for. After a few minutes John came back with the exact car I had described. He also took the time to allow me to look around at the other choices, and let me bounce ideas off him. I have purchased many new cars in the past and I've never had such a pleasant experience, it was like working with a good friend.
