When I first contacted the dealership I was looking for a vehicle for myself. Because of certain circumstances, I had to purchase that vehicle from a different dealer, However this dealer and Chad never let vehicle for myself. I said I wanted to look at the new CR-V, and he walked us to where one was. It was cold out that day and we had our baby with us, he offered to drive it into the service bay so we could take a look at it where it was warm. Above and beyond doesn't even begin to describe how amazing John was throughout the whole process. I came in knowing what I wanted and John delivered. Every question I had he was able to answer and there were no surprises. We had such an enjoyable experience I will always buy my cars from him. More
