I selected this dealership because they participate in the COSTCO auto purchase program. The entire process was the best experience I have had purchasing a new car. Demetrius sold me a Honda Pilot which I love, but I was told the side paneling would be fixed ( adhesive coming undone). When I went in to have it looked at, Demetrius said they didn't have the correct sup told the side paneling would be fixed ( adhesive coming undone). I have never had the level of support and structure as I have experienced with this Honda dealer. John has worked with me and my needs and situation, and has demonstrated excellent service and thoughtfulness. I am very happy and thankful I had John for my salesman.
