In this case I'm very sorry for the obvious confusion, we sold the Z3 to an out of state buyer who wired the full amount to us Monday but can not pick the vehicle up till Friday or Saturday. We did trade a Z4 if that would interest you. It is disappointing to read that. We are focused on true satisfaction of the customer. The idea that we would utilize high pressure sales tactics is foreign to the Napleton methods of doing business. I want to first off by apologizing to you for your dissatisfaction you experienced at my dealership. I do not look the other way when these types of complaints come across my desk. This makes me just as angry as you are, because I have a policy for my internet department to give out UPFRONT PRICING and send it via email so that the customer can print it out and bring it in for guaranteed pricing. Since this is not being followed properly I will call in the internet department to my office so we can review this policy. I want to apologize also for the way our Sales Manager handled this situation. I know they have felt the pressure themselves with low sales this past couple of months. Our dealership like others in the Missouri area have had a drop in our sales due to rough winter we have had. People were trying to stay inside and off the roads. I have put special prizes for them to help us make deals and recover for the poor sales we experienced through this winter. That being said, I will however have discussion with him on how we should be conducting ourselves. To assure our pre-owned vehicles are up to standards we run them through a 120 point inspection, Missouri Safety & Emission inspection, copies on hand for you to view of services performed in our shop, and CarFax to assure quality. We also allow our customers to take the vehicle of interest to their own mechanic for a second opinion if they wish Since you were not ready to purchase at this time I beg of you to give me the opportunity to make you confident in our dealership and myself. I promise you if you give me your trust I will never have to ask for it again, in addition I feel confident I can and will make it well worth your time to do so.
