Then politely directed me to the spotless waiting area with snacks, coffee and drinks, where comfortable cushioned chairs waited for me, and TV for entertainment. The whole environment was very pleasant. He came to me to discuss a possible wiper replacement (i agreed) and the next thing I knew: my vehicle was done, washed and waiting for me outside. It would have been better if we didn't have to wait quite as long while our sales rep went to talk to financing. Not being able to know all the numbers before having to commit and talk to the finance rep was the other area for improvement. We repeatedly asked what the APR would be and filled out a credit application, but were still not given the percentage until filling out the final paperwork. At that time some other details were explained. It would have just been nice to know upfront. In the end, our questions were answered and explained well. They did have the exact car I was searching for at a reasonable price. More
