This was a smart move, as I now felt that I was After meeting with two salesmen, I was finally turned over to Chandler Kirkwood by a Sales Manager. This was a smart move, as I now felt that I was working with someone who understood my "wants" rather than needs. Our test drive was outstanding, in that Chandler realized that I was not technically inclined, and he patiently worked me through all the wonder features of the Insight. If he continues on his current trajectory, feel sure that he will become a sales manager. Sorry to say, it isn't often that you get to meet someone who is sincerely interested in customers rather than just making a sale. I now look forward to my continued relationship with Ed Napleton. My son purchased his 1st new car, on his own @ Ed Napleton Honda & his salesman was Randy Lyman. I can honestly say that he treated my son extemely well!! Randy put him in the exact car he wanted wit Napleton Honda & his salesman was Randy Lyman. I can honestly say that he treated my son extemely well!!
