I do appreciate that every time I come in that the we go over the checklist of items that are due at time of servicing. While I did come in for a simple oil change, it was also time for Brake and Differential fluids to be changed. My two filters were black and gross, those were changed too! I understand that it is up-selling, but to keep my vehicle in tip top condition, it requires someone (besides me) to make sure that these items are maintained on my Pilot. I LOVE my vehicle too much to take it anywhere else. Keep up the good work. More
