They promise me a "VIP appointment" - the car i'm looking at will be ready for me, they'll have someone ready to appraise my car, and i will only have to deal with one person. That was a flat out lie to get me in the door. I showed up at 7pm for a 7:15 appointment. They didn't have anyone available to talk to me until at least 7:45. The car I was inquiring about over the phone? Not even available. Keep in mind, I drove 30+ miles to get here. They showed me a similar car (at this point, it's well over an hour before I even get behind the wheel) and it took an hour longer after me test driving to even get a quote. And the quote for that car was absolutely ridiculous, almost $1,000 more than the price listed on the website (including what they were offering me for my trade-in). Completely unprofessional. Don't tell me I get a "VIP appointment" with one person when I had to interact and chase down 7-8 different people to get any sort of answer. If I hadn't tracked someone down it would've taken even longer! This place sucks, even if the offer was good I don't want to give them my money. More

This place is terrible. Went in to look at an Equinox with an appt and took 30 mins before I got a chance to look at it. Then when they came back with the numbers, they add $1000 for the “Napleton Experi with an appt and took 30 mins before I got a chance to look at it. Then when they came back with the numbers, they add $1000 for the “Napleton Experience” and a warranty included. All the Napleton Experience provides is 4 oil changes but not worth 1k. When talking the numbers I told them I did want it or the warranty but they would no take it off. Finally, the Sales Manager, Jacob Kimble, came out not to provide customer service but to belittle me for not taking the deal. Then he was shocked, that I wanted to walk out after his condescending attitude. Wouldn’t even recommend this place to be I don’t even like. More

Great experience buying a new car! The salesman, Randy, was pleasant and congenial. I told him what I wanted and my budget limitation . He listened and took action. Do not buy from this place. It took 8 hours, and we were mentally harrassed. During the buying process we made it clear we did not want an extended warranty but it was added and hidden in the paperwork. We mentally harrassed.
