This was an amazing experience the team here went above and beyond!! I went in thinking there was no way I could a newer car and not only that but it was at the right price and even gave me the complete pi and beyond!! I would of liked to have this as my review but after owning this vehicle and actually having issues I couldn’t recommend this dealership to my worst enemy even... I have had my Rogue for about three months now and been to the dealership twice once to have some rock chips and a ding fixed that I didn’t notice until the next day after purchase and they did do their best to fill the rock chips and pdr the dents but as most will tell you it should’ve been asked to come back and have it looked over again and at least a wax coat put over it but this never happened, next I have been asking for someone to take a look at my radio issues since I purchased it and get a different answer every time I ask someone about it and since it might, MIGHT, have a recall i should check with the Nissan dealership about it, all I want is to know is if it has had the radio recall done and if not how to get it done and if it has been done then what do I do about the ongoing issues with the radio mainly rear camera citing on and off while driving, screen going blank sometimes, how horrible the stereo sounds, and how bad the Bluetooth connections are for the mic and the speakers. I have called and talked to people waiting for calls back I have emailed and I swear the only thing I get back is what new vehicle can we help you with today and as soon as I reply with I have a question about my current vehicle I just purchased I get nothing at all back, today alone I called and was transferred six times and got to leave a message at a different dealership for service which I never had a response to. Please do yourself a favor and go go any other dealership so you don’t regret one of the bigger purchases you will make as I do.. More
