This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Nidal had no knowledge of the car and calculated the payment almost double what it should have been. He told me they didn’t run my credit dealership. Nidal had no knowledge of the car and calculated the payment almost double what it should have been. He told me they didn’t run my credit but I got an email that said they did. He argued with me when I told him the payment could be right. And he told me they would repair something and then came back later and said that was a misunderstanding. And they would add the repair to the price. I will never consider Ed Napelton again. More
