It has been a long journey, but after a year, we got the exact model we wished. Ben Pilla was able to keep us in the loop during the entire process and made the purchase process seamless. We were able to exact model we wished. Ben Pilla was able to keep us in the loop during the entire process and made the purchase process seamless. We were able to close the deal the same day. The Odyssey is a great vehicle to travel long distance in. We did add on accessories like trailer hitch for our bikes, and roof racks/crossbars and will be returning to have these added by the service department. More
