Worst experience I ever had at a car dealer! Drove 20 miles to see a used Ridgeline that looked good in the pictures. Got to the dealer and the truck had dents and a huge hole in the bumper the size of a miles to see a used Ridgeline that looked good in the pictures. Only if you blow the picture up and look at it with a magnifying glass! Price for the truck was FULL LIST PRICE! Dents and holes must of cost extra. Sales manager says they are working with 5 deals now with the truck that has been listed for sale for 2 weeks now. 5 deals and they have Not closed on any of them. Yeah right! I was lied to from the start. I will never buy from Napleton! Just be ware of them if you are looking at a used car. Those pictures were taken to hide all the damage on purpose! Their starting price for this truck was $1,000 higher then where it should of been. I received 11 emails, 4 text messages and a phone call to come look at this truck that was priced for one in excellent condition as per their books they use. What a total waist of time and gas! More

The salesman said he would be right back and that he would see if he could get me an even better deal. He returns in 10 minutes with a handwritten price sheet which included $4000 in additional mandatory charges. I was like What?!? The sales manger came out as well and they both said that they show those prices online to get people in the door. When I asked to buy the car at the listed price they said that we are just too far apart on price. ??!!?? Please do not waste your time. They took away from me the only morning that I have with my kids all week. More
