Exceptional I arrived on time for my appointment. My car was taken within 5 minutes of my arrival to the dealership. The necessary paperwork was filled out by th I arrived on time for my appointment. I knew what to expect, and the time was slightly less. I was given a written report of the work done, and work which needs to be done the next visit to the dealership with the estimate for the cost.
