Service Department Nick and Felix went above and beyond at the service deparment at Napleton Acura in Elmhurst. My wife had a blowout on the front tire, they replaced it with a brand new tire, washed and vacuumed the car and had me on my way within 30 mins on a Saturday afternoon. More
Always nice! I took it in to get some items checked thinking they would be covered under warranty. I was told the warranty on those items had expired 5,000 miles p I took it in to get some items checked thinking they would be covered under warranty. I was told the warranty on those items had expired 5,000 miles previously. Then Salman the service guy walked in and asked to see my paperwork. He did some checking and told me "Actually, I'm going to make your day!" Found out it was all covered!!! I couldn't have been happier to hear that!!! almost $2K worth of work!! I never feel that "scuzzy" car dealer feeling when I'm here... I hope they never make me eat those words!!! I'll be back when I'm ready for my next Kia!!! More

First times a charm...well...not quite I know its just me, not hip with the times or up to date with trends at all. We have had service at your location now since 2006...yes a long time but I know its just me, not hip with the times or up to date with trends at all. We have had service at your location now since 2006...yes a long time but only with my father-in-laws 2006 1/2 Optima he bought new and now with our 2018 Sorento...I'm just not fond of the way at a moments notice that so many people as well as your employees just gaze at their smart phones... I know....its just the way it is now and I should just EXCEPT it......As we pulled up and before we got into the service area I noticed 2 of the 4 people in the service counter area were nose deep in their phones...It was fortunate that just as the front of our vehicle got close to the doorway Rebecca directed me to pull in...We weren't in a hurry and your service center wasn't crowded...I know....Its just that I notice things like this...From that moment after I handed the keys to Rebecca I felt that feeling of ...what ever its called...."if my bosses back in the day seen this" just went away... .She was excellent from start till finish...My car care abilities are a bit deeper then most ..the services we had done here I know I'm capable of doing, but as having never spent $35,000 dollars on a new vehicle... having continued services done here I'm hoping to avoid any chance of me voiding any warranty(s) ...by my hands... any way shape or form... Friendly, efficient and precise. I made an appointment for 2:30 pm on a Saturday but called to ask if I could come in earlier because my days plans had changed. They were happy for me I made an appointment for 2:30 pm on a Saturday but called to ask if I could come in earlier because my days plans had changed. They were happy for me to come in and arrived around 11:30 am and oil change and new cabin filter installed car washed by 1:45. I forget the young woman’s name who checked me in, but this review won’t go through unless I choose an employee name so I’m checking ‘Elizabeth’ since that’s the only female name on the options list of employees, but she was really easy going and helpful with answering all my questions. Highly recommend. More
regular service visit Mr. Syed was very thorough and explained everything. The only problem was the air conditioning was set way too cold.
