Excellent Service Department Recently moved to the area and brought by Kia Soul to the Napleton's Kia of Elmhurst Service Center for an oil change and tire rotation They greeted m Recently moved to the area and brought by Kia Soul to the Napleton's Kia of Elmhurst Service Center for an oil change and tire rotation They greeted me immediately, found my appointment right away, had me set up, and told me a rough time estimate of when they should be completed. Waited in the customer area, and they completed everything a little bit faster than they said originally. The service rep went over everything with me, and walked me to my car. Great experience! More
FIRST SERVICE APPOINTMENT Scheduled service for out acura 12/23/2017 when the service department was closed. Service manager Gerard said he would meet us for the appointment b Scheduled service for out acura 12/23/2017 when the service department was closed. Service manager Gerard said he would meet us for the appointment but when we arrived in was not at the dealership. We waited 30 minutes ad re-scheduled the appointment for 12/26. Arrived at appointment and Brandon was very nice. As we told Brandon and he marked it on the service sheet the tires showed low pressure and he instructed the mechanic to put the pressure at 32 as recommended on the driver door panel. The mechanic put the tire pressure ranging from 40 to 43. Customer service on the whole was poor but Brandon was very nice but unfortunately for us he did not check the mechanic's work. I hope the other work was done right. More

I have on numerous occasions been li HIGHLY encourage anyone interested in an Acura to drive the extra 20 minutes to save the post purchase headaches! I have on numerous occasions been lied to and cheated at this dealership. On my most recent trip to the dealership I asked for a replacement of my damaged car battery, a problem I took into service 1.5 months after purchasing the vehicle. I was told by the general manager, Andrew Tomlinson, there was nothing he could do. In his words "there are many cars I sell that come in with problems within the first 2 months. Once it's off the lot it's your problem." I was appalled to hear a manager speak like this. I decided I would leave and take my business elsewhere. Prior to leaving, the service advisor, Dave Baggot, told me I couldn't take my car unless I paid $150 for the time it took the mechanic to test my battery. Also was lied to when I was told I would be given 3 complementary oil changes. I went in for my second oil change, they told me I only get 2 and 1 of the complementary changes is used when you buy the car. Later that day I took my car to Infiniti where I received exceptional service at a significantly lower rate. I notice the difference in service from the second I walk in. DO NOT GO TO ED NAPELTON! Long story short, service mgr Shanti was so rude and insistent on only providing A1 service and REFUSED to service my car. Have been using this dealership service for four years and will never go back. More

I recently had a strange whirring sound in the engine compartment, and in the interest of being careful, I took my 2006 Acura MDX into the service department. I had no appointment, yet they managed to fi compartment, and in the interest of being careful, I took my 2006 Acura MDX into the service department. I had no appointment, yet they managed to fit me into their schedule. Between a very prompt diagnosis of a critical problem, an excellent loaner car, and with my MDX finished even earlier than they promised, I will definitely continue to use Ed Napleton Acura for service for my MDX. More
