Sorry does not fix the fact I was being overcharged 100k for a vehicle that was listed at msrp with payment info. I checked the state statutes on truth in auto advertising and according to Advisory Legal Opinion AGO-88-58 Rule 2-19.005(16) F.A.C., States that it shall be an unfair or deceptive acts or practices for a motor vehicle dealer to advertise the price of a motor vehicle unless the advertise price includes all fees or charges which the customer must pay for the vehicle. There is more to the rules than listed and Ed Morse Saw Grass Mills is purposely violating these rules.

I replied to Chris Atkins and provided their written offer, the name of sales rep that declined to honor it, as well as a written letter from an Ed Morse Manager explaining why they require Over MSRP on deals at Ed Morse and why they are not honoring their Tru Car written offers (blaming low inventory levels). Two separate Ed Morse dealerships have verified this bait and switch tactic and done so shamelessly. I’d rate this dealer a Zero if I could.
