So we purchased a SUV on the first week of January, our seller William was amazing but unfortunately finance team is the worse. Secondly me did not receive any communication from our lender and Ed Morse told us to make the first payment that they will transfer that amount to the bank, guess what they never make the payment and the bank sent a letter saying that I’m behind my payment for 2 months. I did not expect to have this horrible customer service from Ed Morse. I spoke with Marie from Finance which promise that she will call me back the next day with some updates is gonna be a week and still waiting for her call, later I got in contact with Adam who is one of the managers he was very understanding and promised as well the same that he will reach out next day guess what I’m still waiting for the phone call with any updates and where is my money that we paid in February. It looks that this company doesn’t care about a customer who purchased 2 cars with them More

If I could give negative stars I would! !!!!! I bought a new car here in 2020 which I know was hefty enough to pay a few workers paychecks to clean etc, & went yesterday to trade-in and purc !!!!! Especially buyers of BLACK color! Boy was the red flags all over! I wouldn’t EVER spend my hard earned money at this place again & honestly I should have figured not to come again once the worker who I bought my other car from no longer worked there. They lie about prices on their site and don’t even have the car available & that’s just 2 examples of BASIC nonsense you will endure at this silly pathetic place. There are MANY other dealers around that are far BETTER! More

1 star for Sawgrass Mills GMC I spoke with the manger Karl over an H2 EV that is listed on your website and at cars.com for msrp with payment information. I asked Karl if the vehicle was available as Karl over an H2 EV that is listed on your website and at cars.com for msrp with payment information. I asked Karl if the vehicle was available as I was driving 150 miles from Cape Coral to see it. Karl informed me it was. I then drove the 150 miles and was shown the vehicle by Diondre who was a very nice well informed salesman. While in the car I was asked if Karl went over the price with me over the phone, I said no it was listed at msrp with payment info. I was then told I would need to put over 80k down if I even thought about buying the H2 EV and the price was over 100K more than what was listed on the ad. I then had a stern conversation with Karl about how he did not even have the common courtesy to let me know there was an 100k up charge on a single truck before I drove 150 miles. I asked Karl how he would have felt if he found a house on Zillow then when he showed up they told him it was 100k more. He said he wouldn’t like it. We are talking about a house. Not even a car! Then Karl lied to me and said the ad was a mistake on both cars.com and the website. He told me they were going to correct it because it was wrong. The funny thing is no corrections were made even three days later. The ad was not a mistake it was done on purpose. After I left the dealership I spoke with a friend who is well connected with our state politicians. He was furious and said it was time to get the state involved for fraudulent dealer ads. I am sure what happened to me and what is being done is illegal and am pursuing legal counsel. To make matters worse I actually worked for Ed Morse from 95-98 as a salesperson. This was the most egregious action concerning a price I have ever seen. More
I was contacted by Jennifer Hernandez Internet Sales Representative on a Chevy Bolt they had advertised on Edmunds. She confirmed a meeting to see the vehicle via email then telephone then text. They gave me a regular floor salesman who then had the nerve to present a price $15000 over list price on a vehicle that can be gotten at list price. .I found this offer repulsive and immediately walked out. I guess their in the business to look for suckers and I wouldn't deal with this type business...ever. More
Dealer emailed me a price quote offer (Tru Price) for an XT5, when I followed up to purchase it, they said they don’t honor their price offers and wanted $5k over invoice. Total scammers. Terrible customer service. It is extreme hard to talk to someone. I have called this business twice this week about a car I purchased & wanted to get some information about the warranty in the car.
