Going on 3 days of continuous calling with Zero response and that’s just an initial purchase inquiry. Expect the worst possible experience with being negotiable and be prepared for a $999 dealer fee plus $1,250 reconditioning profit for the dealership. Sales manager Randy did reach out on the 3rd day to say they’d discount $500 off their $2,250 markup. RUN and KEEP RUNNING AWAY from ED Morse Chevrolet!!! More
It’s spring break and so I spent the day with my two and four-year-old grandsons. We were very busy at a museum and then I received a text from Buick and my car lit up that I had a low front tire. I happened to be in the neighborhood, so I stopped by my dealership on Sunrise Boulevard, and when the young man came out and saw the sleeping baby, he got three other men to come and very very quietly they fixed my tire, checked all the tires and my sensors. They even gave me a free car wash, which didn’t wake up the baby and delighted the 4 year old. I bought the Buick for its safety rating. I’m not a young grandma and I needed to know I had the best vehicle. I remember kindness, efficiency and smiles at a business , but I haven’t seen it for a while. KUDOS, to the gentlemen at Ed Morse Buick on Sunrise Blvd! Thank you. More
My BRAKE LIGHT and ABS LIGHT have been on going on two years. Ed Morse can’t find anyone who makes the part. How does that even happen? Who does that? I was told That I would get a call last year in April years. Ed Morse can’t find anyone who makes the part. How does that even happen? Who does that? Brakes are nothing to play around with, it’s clear they don’t card. Why would I recommend this dealership I selected NO but it would not allow me to submit unless I said yes, whatever Ed Morse, whatever. More
Future service customers please be careful when selecting this dealership to work on your vehicle. After making an appointment with them to bring my vehicle I met with the service guy and proceeded to tell h this dealership to work on your vehicle. After making an appointment with them to bring my vehicle I met with the service guy and proceeded to tell him what my transmission was doing for the past day or so when shifting the first and second gear. Dropped off the vehicle at 9:30am in the morning and after not getting a call at around 2:25 pm I decided to call and was told the mechanic hasn't had a chance to diagnose my vehicle. At around 3:50 pm a receive a call telling me that I need it a new transmission at a cost of $7.000.00. I was really surprised how it went from shudder to a toasted transmission in a matter of hours.The mechanic stated my oil was burnt, and gave me no other option than to buy a new transmission. I called the service guy back and told him I was getting my vehicle back and for him to tell me what my bill was, after paying $224.40 to find out the next day Ed Morse dealer did not perform the work 5heybsaid they did, I took my vehicle to a transmission shop, and to my surprise the oil was as clean as new( I have pictures to proof it) to me this is robbery plain and simple, this dealer targets innocent customers in thinking they have no other choice, this is criminal behavior in my book, if I can save anyone from getting taken advantage of I will by writing this review, I will also dispute my charges with my credit card because they did not performed the job they claimed they did. Please please please stay away from this dealer or you are going to regret it. I will report Ed Morse with whoever I have to in order to stop them from their criminal behavior. I hate to believe the service guy was on the plot to make me buy a new transmission knowing I did not need it, but for sure the mechanic guy is not doing his job and trying to bring revenue to the dealer. Shame on Ed Morse for behaving in a criminal matter with their customers. More
