Thief and Liar I recently purchased a vehicle (Buick Envision) everything went well until I arrived at the hands of the financier. I requested several times that I was not interested in any additional insurances. 1. He financed me with the bank with the highest interest rate (4.99%) despite my impeccable credit score. 2. He added various insurances which I repeatedly insisted I was not interested in which ended up being an additional $10k. 3. After asking him why the the amount was so high he responded by saying it was principle plus interest. I was able to get in contact with the bank and requested to have the additional insurances he added cancelled. I don't ever recommend this person as a financier for being a liar and a thief! His name is Carlos Luis Garcia and I strongly urge everyone never to do any business with this individual. He will promise you one thing and deliver another. More
