The service department tried their best to take advantage. I brought my car in because it was saying it was overheating. They proceeded to tell me I needed ALL 6 coolant hoses replaced and quoted me $718. I e I brought my car in because it was saying it was overheating. I ended up calling around to 3 different Chevrolet dealerships that told me that was almost impossible on a barely 4 year old car. When I asked them to show me the leaks they told me that it would make a MESS on the ground, and it was better if I took my car somewhere else. Then they had the audacity to say I owe them $132. I asked to see the paperwork because no such fee was on it when I signed, and written on a box that said you agree to charges of up to______without authorization was 132 in pen. When I signed the paperwork there was no hand writing anywhere the Service guy named AJ wrote it in afterward. I had my car towed to another dealer and the fixed the ONE (1) hose that needed replacement and the Surge tank that was cracked (which they NEVER mentioned) for $262. I don't know for sure that they tried to take me for more money because I am a woman, but it certainly felt that way. P.S I spoke with a Service and Parts Manager who listened and seemed to want my feedback but based on the recent reviews this is a problem going on for awhile, and I need to let others know my experience in hopes they can avoid what I had to go through. More

New leadership much improved After purchasing our 2014SRX we took it to Ed morse several times for service. Each occasion was worse than the previous one. So much so, that we beg After purchasing our 2014SRX we took it to Ed morse several times for service. Each occasion was worse than the previous one. So much so, that we began getting our car serviced at Vera Cadillac even though it was so much further than Morse. Driving yesterday with a loud and ominous noise from a tire/wheel well I took it to the closest Cadillac service, which was Morse. My experience was a pleasant surprise. The new manager Scott Supko was awesome. He was professional and courteous. We will once again have our car serviced at Morse. More

Treated Like Family! Mr. Kenny Carter is extraordinary! I honestly was treated like family. I communicated my budget and car needs for a large family of 5 plus a dog. Mr. Carter suggested a certified pre-owned Buick Enclave. He advised me that the Enclave was just purchased by the dealership and in the process of going through the rigorous 172-Point Vehicle Inspection and Reconditioning check. I came in the next day and purchased the vehicle. Mr. Carter was very patient, kind hearted and fully reviewed every gadget of the vehicle. He made sure that the car was detailed to my perfection and that I had a full tank of gas. I am one happy customer and will recommend the dealership and Mr. Carter to all of my family and friends! He was straight forward with getting me a deal on my new 2017 Malibu and to top it off, Eric, the sales representative who completed the deal, was cool, friendly, and knowledgeable. And, the finance manager did his part to upsell, but never did I feel pressured to purchase. My experience here was second to none. I had a QUICK and GREAT experience getting my new XT5! My salesman, Paul H was fantastic. He was very knowledge in the vehicle and was able to answer all of our questions.
