stressless I have been a long time customer of Ed Morse and have always found them to be terrific, however, this time they outdid themselves. Saeed and Fares too I have been a long time customer of Ed Morse and have always found them to be terrific, however, this time they outdid themselves. Saeed and Fares took care of everything for me. I usually find this process very stressful but didn't this time. Being a business person myself I can appreciate their low key sales technique. I came for service and came home with a new car, Also thought I would mention my adviser Scott who always goes out of his way for me and Mr. Hernandez who also helped with the deal. Thanks again Phyllis Rishty More

The people at Ed Morse Buick-GMC are great to deal with & accommodating…especially for a grumpy old guy like me, who last bought a new car in 1998! My consultant was Gregg Asherman (no relation). He helped me & the other half 😉 with our unorthodox buying needs. We had specific needs in a new vehicle: white; no moon/sun roof; no DVD/"entertainment" system in the back (that's what drive-ins are for & the 3 cats & 3 birds don't need any "entertaining"!); and mostly the all the recent safety technology. Then we didn't want to walk all over miles of car lots to come back to the showroom and find out that bottom line is way too high. So I bugged Gregg for two months (via phone, email, text & one visit) for a price I could live with (with all the fees and taxes and fees and rebates and fees and incentives and fees and tag & title) and have my payments manageable. Then came the "BIG SALE"!!! Gregg, with the able help of Shelly B. (Internet Sales) and Sales Manager Chip Snyder, got us taken care of price-wise and with other problems getting papers signed and picking up the vehicle. Caleb ("da finance guy") was a great help too. Since we don't have another 21 years to wait for our next new car, we will most definitely be returning for our Autonomous GMC Yukon XL Denali in a few years. 🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪 More

The service department is great! The sales department is the worst I have ever encountered. My lease on my 2016 Buick was going to be up and I was proactive by going into the dealership to see if I was eligible for the "pull ahead" program as I wanted the same car, just a 2019 model. I was told someone would get back to me the next day with the answer, which of course they did not, nor did they answer any phone calls. I went into the dealership again and they tried to sell me a GMC truck. They actually tried to sell me everything I had no interest in, except the car I wanted. I was also badgered at the end of the year to make a deal on a 2018, not the car I wanted, as they needed to make their numbers. Due to their incompetence, I had to settle for another make car as this went on until my lease was finally up. I just now got a letter from GM Financial stating I owe a disposition fee because I did not get another GM vehicle - are you kidding me? I put this up yesterday on Google reviews and they sent an answer and told me to call the General Sales Manager at Ed Morse. I did so this morning, and you guessed it-no answer and no call back! Again are you kidding me? How do they stay in business? More

Terrible Diagnosis, Exorbitant Prices, Bad Customer Service We had a terrible experience with Ed Morse Sawgrass Chevrolet. We took our 2002 Corvette to re-mediate issues with a) turn signals, passenger door lock not working, and c) headlight noise when closing. When we brought in the car, we were asked to pay a $130 diagnosis fee which we agreed to pay. We were told that the fee will be credited against any work authorized. Firstly, the initial estimate to fix these items was $2,721. The estimate did not include a diagnosis nor a parts list. When asked to provide a parts list, the revised estimate increased to $3,500. When asked, the estimate was pared back to the $2,721 figure. On the first item (turn signals), we were told that the Lamp Assembly (plastic housing), needed to be replaced to fix the Exterior park and turn signal. I need to stop here as i had questions regarding the diagnosis. I do not understand how replacing the housing will fix an electrical problem. I personally replaced the bulbs twice - once with the original part - the second with an LED version. Neither fixed the issue (fast blinking). I also had my mechanic (Tires Plus) look into the issue, and I was told that he did not have the equipment to diagnose an electrical issue on this car, so he referred me to the dealership. I also have tinted plastic over the lenses. These were not disturbed at all, so I was suspect how the diagnosis was determined. I called the Service Manager (Jason Carter) at Ed Morse. He said that the mechanic looked down from the headlamp are and saw holes in the lens. That water was getting into the housing and shorting out the lights. I told him that a) there has not been any rain in Florida for weeks, and b) the car is garage kept. The housing is bone dry. if that is the case, why is the blinker not working? I was told that this is what his mechanic said and that his mechanic is one of the best Corvette mechanics in South Florida. I was not questioning the credentials of any specific mechanic, I just questioned the diagnosis. I explained the measures I took with replacing the bulbs, when I mentioned that the last bulb was LED, Jason immediately said that the bulb is the wrong impedance and that that would create the problem. Now, based on what Jason said, I have two potential issues a) replace the assembly/housing or b) replace the LED bulb. I asked how a diagnosis was performed if he did not even know what kind of bulb was in the car. In fact, the estimate to fix was over $500. In my opinion, this was enough money to get into the repair and to try many different options to get to the bottom of the issue. This is no diagnosis. Imagine of medicine worked this way. I went to a professional to give me a professional diagnosis. What I got did not make sense at all. In addition, the dealership billed me for shop fee and disposal - for performing no work at all. I was offered only one way to fix - the one that did not make sense and cost the most. The dealership could have offered to replace the bulbs to get the blinkers work now with a caveat that if it rains, water ay seep into the housing and short the lights. Again, I feel I did not get what I paid for - the diagnosis was not validated nor complete (no part numbers). The dealership made no offer to remove the shop fee. Given the high costs to fix the other items, I suspect the same thumb-in-the-wind approach was followed which to me invalidated the whole diagnosis. More
