Great service There was a little glitch with scheduling - but easily corrected. I booked my appt through my Honda Link. I was originally scheduled with a service rep that, upon arriving, I found no longer worked there and a time that wasn’t available. Luckily, it was no big deal. I was brought to Aubry, a service rep. Although she was booked at that time ( I guess everyone drops their car off at lunchtime) she took my car anyway. No problems along the way. She called with an unexpected situation ( nail in my tire) but it was easily fixed. She was polite, knew what she was doing, and I would definitely ask for her on my next service visit. More

All of my issues handled perfectly! I brought my 2015 Pilot in with multiple issues, and Abraham handled all of them completely and efficiently. Speedy I was prepared to wait 3 hours for service. I was given a time of 1 1/2 hours. Yeah right, I thought. I was sitting in my car driving out exactly when I was prepared to wait 3 hours for service. I was given a time of 1 1/2 hours. Yeah right, I thought. I was sitting in my car driving out exactly when they said it would be ready. Your service has always been great but your wait times were long. Now that the wait time is fixed you are awesome. More

Zak is the man! Never fails to come through, I made a last minute appt with Zak and he handled everything and even had my car ready at the exact time he estimated. Over the 12+ years of service I have a I bought my 2007 CRV in Nov of 2006 from Ed Morse. I have always taken my vehicle in for servicing at Ed Morse. Over the 12+ years of service I have always been very happy with the service I have received. They are always professional and the work is always well done. Once they forgot to reset the oil indicator but when I took it back they didn't make me wait more than a few minutes. That's a pretty good track record over 12 years! I now have 205,000 on the car and it is still running well. More
