Mixed feelings Zach the service rep was great. But he’s a middle man. Very disappointed that my 2018 leased Honda has had to come in 3x to get ac fixed. And I’m angr Zach the service rep was great. And I’m angry that an obvious factory defect (for a different problem) was charged to me for “user error” when after the problem was fixed neither the car nor the “user” has had any more problems. I will not likely be leasing a Honda again. More
