Sounded to good to be true. Ms Dawn Wellman approached me taking the letter to her manager and sure enough everything in the letter was for real and I upgraded to a 2012 Honda Accord SE. The whole transaction and experience with the staff was excellent. I will continue my loyalty to Honda and it's great product line and equally respected sales and service staff.
