Great experience very staight forward and no BS! I asked for a bottom line quote over the phone and he gave me what I asked for. Salesman Avel was as professional as any car salesman I have visited in 40 years. The dealership was serving Christms lunch to employees, and they fed me too! From the moment I walked in the door at Ed Morse I had a great experience. Dawn Wellman was a pleasure to work with. I really wanted to explore all of my options, and I was up front with her about my expectations and how I wanted to proceed. I was also very lucky when I had to talk to a manager with regards to my existing vehicle. Jud took time to listen and I could see that it was important to him for me to have a great experience. The last person I had to deal with at the dealership was Pete over in finance. Once again a great experience. It's nice to see that some companies and their employees still care about the type of service that you receive. One side note, I was even recognized by Jeff, who I believe heads up the finance side of the dealership. He remembered me from when I leased a vehicle 3 years ago. Great Job to all at Ed Morse Honda.
