From the moment I walked in the door at Ed Morse I had a great experience. Dawn Wellman was a pleasure to work with. I really wanted to explore all of my options, and I was up front with her about my expectations and how I wanted to proceed. I was also very lucky when I had to talk to a manager with regards to my existing vehicle. Jud took time to listen and I could see that it was important to him for me to have a great experience. The last person I had to deal with at the dealership was Pete over in finance. Once again a great experience. It's nice to see that some companies and their employees still care about the type of service that you receive. One side note, I was even recognized by Jeff, who I believe heads up the finance side of the dealership. He remembered me from when I leased a vehicle 3 years ago. Great Job to all at Ed Morse Honda. I was given an internet price from another dealer that was very close to the one I got from Ed Morse, but in the end, I went with Ed Morse based on referrals from my friends. I was very happy from the test drive to the paperwork with Jim DeGray, and with the assistance Bob Solomon provided. Luis Collazzo made the finance process smooth and easy. Lenny was kind, friendly, and lighthearted whenever I saw him. It is my first car, and me and my mom negotiated a great price and Lenny never pressured me into a buy, or to get a deal done quickly. He helped me decide that the accord wasn't really worth the extra money, and, in fact, the civic has proven to be the better choice. I would HIGHLY recommend Lenny Green if you're trying to buy a Honda. You will be 100% satisfied with the result. More
WE HAVE A 2010 civic angel is very friendly however caution to you the advisors seem to be selling services rather than advising i guess they are working on commission.
