We make customer service and satisfaction our number one priority at all of our 10 locations throughout Florida. We hate the thought of anyone leaving any of our dealerships unhappy. Because of the serious nature of the allegations in your complaint dated February 28th, both the General Manager and I reached out to you personally to request additional details about your transaction and experience. It has now been two weeks without a response. Regardless of that fact, we have both personally interviewed all Ed Morse Honda employees involved and reviewed all accompanying paperwork for accuracy. We have been unable to find any evidence of wrongdoing by any personnel at the Dealership level.
