WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE I went to get a car after WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE I went to get a car after mine got totaled they were very friendly to make the sale and I went home in "my" new car... WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE I went to get a car after mine got totaled they were very friendly to make the sale and I went home in "my" new car... Error they called me back 10 days later asking for more info (W2) I went there to drop it and they took my car away, end up they change my salary in my application to get me approved WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR PERMISSION, and the bank rejected me after getting the correct information. After this I called their corporate office and had no answer, no apologies for what they did to me. Then they hit my credit with every bank they could to try to keep their sale even after I told them I did not want to deal with them anymore, and as a result my credit went down almost 200 points. So right now I am having a really hard time to get approved anywhere else and still have no car. DO NOT GO NO ANY ED MORSE... THEY DO NOT WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AND THEY WILL DO ANYTHING TO MAKE THEIR SALE EVEN ALTERING INFORMATION WITHOUT AUTORIZATION WHICH IS ILEGAL. More
