Made an appointment for a 15k mile service. Zach knew who I was and why I was there, awesome feeling. He said it would take 1 1/2 hours and sure enough I had the keys in hand on time. Couldn't imagine going anywhere else! I had been looking for a new car for months before finding my dream car at Ed Morse Honda. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle, so I was incre I had been looking for a new car for months before finding my dream car at Ed Morse Honda. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle, so I was incredibly anxious. I attend school out of state and gave Rich a call to express my interest and gave him a rundown of my situation. He was honest, straightforward, and answered all my questions that I had. He never made me feel as though I was bothering him and communicated effectively. He kept in touch with me until I returned to Florida, and we quickly set up an appointment. When I showed up, Rich promptly set me up with a test drive. At no point did I feel pressured to purchase the car or felt like I was an inconvenience. Rich was accommodating, attentive, and was incredibly kind. After some talks, I was ecstatic to move forward with purchasing my car! Then we had the pleasure of working with David from finance. He got the paperwork done quickly and ensured I got all the coverage I needed. I had researched for months, and I felt like I didn't need to due to how honest they were. I can't thank Rich and David enough for a fantastic first car purchasing experience! I can't see myself going anywhere else after this! Thank you SO much, Rich and David! More

My wife and I went in to Ed Morse Honda looking for a great deal on a 2020 Honda Accord EX-L. Josh was very informative and told us much about the cars features while on the test drive. When it came down to price, he was a straight shooter and, along with Dave, worked with our budget to get us to our desired monthly payment with a low interest rate. But here is where their honesty really showed. We were signing all the necessary documents, pulled our new car to the front and were ready to finalize the deal when Dave came out to stop the entire process. He informed us that since we were registering the car in Maryland, we would have to pay the sales tax twice due to MD laws. They knew disclosing this information would cost them the deal but they decided to do the honest thing and advised us that we should purchase the car in Maryland. Although we didn’t purchase the vehicle, I can’t thank Dave and Josh enough for their customer service and honesty! More
