Bert is awesome! I live an hour away from this Honda dealer but the reason why I don’t mind the drive is because of my guy, Bert Walkosak. He sold me my previous Honda and he made my experience stress free by being HONEST, FRANK, TRANSPARENT and upfront when it came to choosing the best car for me and more importantly, a vehicle that I can continue to afford long term. I’m a full time student and I’m not much of a “car guy”. Bert did not sugarcoat or try to hustle me into a deal that I would later regret just to get some commission off me. He made me feel comfortable talking about my income and what I can afford without making me feel embarrassed or bewildered. Ralph from the finance department made the transition & closing of the deal, easy and kept the same momentuim going by keeping it real and to the point, with absolutely no BS.
