I've been a loyal customer for many years, on my second vehicle with over 150k miles plus we got the kids' car there so that's a lot of trips to the service department. I'm about ready for something new and it will not be another Honda because I won't buy a car where I can't depend on the service going forward. Today was the worst by far. When it had been more than enough time to do my oil change, I asked the service adviser what was up. He said my car was ready and he'd left me a voicemail. And hour ago. There were no missed calls or voicemails on my phone, and I was sitting right there in the waiting area the whole time, just like I'd indicated when I brought the vehicle in so all he'd had to do was poke his head around the corner. No apologies. No reasons. No remorse or regret, nothing more than a shrug and "Well, I left you a voicemail." Which he did not. Letting me sit there for an hour when the car was ready was annoying enough but his attitude was just plain rude. Edited to add, John Thomas reached out to me, which was appreciated. More
