Great service There was a little glitch with scheduling - but easily corrected. I booked my appt through my Honda Link. I was originally scheduled with a service re There was a little glitch with scheduling - but easily corrected. I booked my appt through my Honda Link. I was originally scheduled with a service rep that, upon arriving, I found no longer worked there and a time that wasn’t available. Luckily, it was no big deal. I was brought to Aubry, a service rep. Although she was booked at that time ( I guess everyone drops their car off at lunchtime) she took my car anyway. No problems along the way. She called with an unexpected situation ( nail in my tire) but it was easily fixed. She was polite, knew what she was doing, and I would definitely ask for her on my next service visit. More
