The Ed Morse internet sales team has poor morals and values. One can only presume it also carries over to the in-person sales team. He is very dishonest and bold faced lied about a “great price” he eventually (after much wasted time) provided. Most people go to the internet to avoid haggling and get straight up answers. After portraying his (extremely high) price as the “best price” he could do, he then tried to haggle with me and waste more of my time after realizing I had done the relatively simple research on what that model is selling for. What a scummy thing, but it seems Ed Morse has no qualms about cheating people. I hung up, and I suggest you save your valuable time and preemptively “hang up” on Ed Morse Honda too by avoiding them in the first place. More

I have a 2012 CRV and have never been to another dealership or mechanic for my car. It is way out of warranty so I don't need to use Ed Morse, however I trusted them with my car. Took my car in April, 2023 for oil change and complained that car made grinding noise when turning and wheels thumping like uneven pavement. Diagnostic stated I needed to replace differential to the tune of over $6,000, keeping my car for five days. I declined service, took to mechanic. He changed differential fluid, added an additive, and car drives like a dream, no noise or thumping. It's been over one month since going to mechanic. My advice: If you get an estimate from Ed Morse Honda, get a second opinion. In the past my rating has always been the highest for Ed Morse. More
