Fast, Easy Civic Service Appointment My wife scheduled an appointment on Wed. morning, and the scheduler for the service dept. got her in within an hour. My wife said that Larry Malanga My wife scheduled an appointment on Wed. morning, and the scheduler for the service dept. got her in within an hour. My wife said that Larry Malanga was very nice, and he explained the repairs to her. He didn't make her feel like she was being duped into any unnecessary repairs. He also explained the new Lyft option to her, which replaced the courtesy shuttle. Later that day, I picked up my car. Again, Larry was personable, courteous and knowledgeable.
