I was looking for a new car to lease and I was essentially shopping for the cheapest car, I had been to a couple other dealers before going into Ed Morse. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a essentially shopping for the cheapest car, I had been to a couple other dealers before going into Ed Morse. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a very informative and friendly salesman who's name I cannot remember but as he was about to meet with a customer who had an appointment. he kindly handed me off to another salesman named Carlos. Carlos was very helpful and friendly and even managed to make a few jokes; I knew exactly what I was looking for and he was very straightforward in giving me answers. The first salesman had given me a number that seemed to good to be true and after talking to Carlos and test driving the car I was sold, but then it came down to crunching the numbers. After returning from the sales managers office Carlos informed me that the price was going to be higher than initially proposed, after a brief chat with the sales manager who was also very helpful; He stuck by his salesman's' word and promised that if I leased the car I would get the original proposed price. I spent the rest of the day looking at other dealers and eventually came back the next day. I am so glad I did, the deal still stood and the car had been held for me, after a few hours the papers were signed and the along with a very helpful finance guy I felt I had got an incredible deal on a great car. I would definitely recommend this dealership, the customer service was impeccable and the dealings were fair. More

This is my second Honda purchased from Ed Morse. We purchased a Civic back in 2007 for my daughter. I started out planning on purchasing a used car for my son, but with the great deals they were ofe purchased a Civic back in 2007 for my daughter. I started out planning on purchasing a used car for my son, but with the great deals they were oferring on new cars, I ended up purchasing a new Accord. We were looking for very specific accessories on the car and both Paul and John were great in trying to locate a car that would meet our needs. When we wanted to see what else might be on the lot that might be close to what we wanted just to be sure, John had no problem driving us around to show us each of the possible cars. John was very personable and made it an enjoyable experience. Then when we went to do the loan, Luis explained to us all the possible options for warrantees and even helped us come up with a custom wanartee package to meet our desires. Then Luis was able to suggest a way to get more coverage for only a couple dollars more -- and I mean literally only a couple dollars. Very unexpected. When I came to pick up the car, John was with another customer but was able to get someone else to help get me started on the checkout process so I didn't have to wait. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, even the people who were not my actual salesman. I found a dirt spot on the center console and the other salesman (wish I would have gotten his name) said, no problem and rive the car over to detailing to get cleaned. The salesmen worked together like a great team. I was impressed with their teamwork. If you're in the market for a new car I would recommend Ed Morse. I know my next Honda will be purchased from them. More

Ralph and Kurt.Both are flexible,funny and professional.However,the reason I purchase,and refer friends to them is because of their salesperson James Scaglione.Before and during the sale James is a pleasure too work with.It is after the sale he truly shines.His follow up,will do attitude, and true concern is what separates him and thus his dealership from all the competition.James,becomes a friend.In today's world it is rare to find a salesperson who does more for you after the sale then during the sale.I expect in the future to purchase, and refer more freinds to him. I have not purchased a new car in several years and I can honestly say I was not looking forward to the process of having to buy a new car. With that said , I was very pleasantly surprised at what a wonderf honestly say I was not looking forward to the process of having to buy a new car. With that said , I was very pleasantly surprised at what a wonderful experience I had at Ed Morse Honda. I was treated with kindness, and they could not have been more helpful, personable and professional. I felt so attended to and happy with all of the employees that I dealt with from the manager Jeff Golden, my salesman James Scaglione and the finance guy Ralph Mandarino. I abolutely love my new Honda Accord LX Coupe. I have and will recommend Ed Morse Honda to family and friends and of course I will be doing business with them in the future. My wife and I were very happy with the way the dealer and personnel answered all our questions and compromised with all of our demands, for instance when we traded in our previous pilot for the new one we ha personnel answered all our questions and compromised with all of our demands, for instance when we traded in our previous pilot for the new one we had just purchased a brand new set of Michelin tires for it, and the dealership had no problem switching our more expensive tires to the new car at no cost, cars were prepared on time (we bought 2 cars in 2 days a Pilot and a Civic) and everything was to our satisfaction. I enjoyed the friendliness of the whole dealership and would highly recommend Ed Morse to any of our friends and relatives and since we replace our vehicles every 2 years, they can add our family to their list of guaranteed repeat customers.
