I have not purchased a new car in several years and I can honestly say I was not looking forward to the process of having to buy a new car. My wife and I were very happy with the way the dealer and personnel answered all our questions and compromised with all of our demands, for instance when we traded in our previous pilot for the new one we ha personnel answered all our questions and compromised with all of our demands, for instance when we traded in our previous pilot for the new one we had just purchased a brand new set of Michelin tires for it, and the dealership had no problem switching our more expensive tires to the new car at no cost, cars were prepared on time (we bought 2 cars in 2 days a Pilot and a Civic) and everything was to our satisfaction. I enjoyed the friendliness of the whole dealership and would highly recommend Ed Morse to any of our friends and relatives and since we replace our vehicles every 2 years, they can add our family to their list of guaranteed repeat customers.
