The same one I had professional and truly care about helping you find the vehicle that's right for you. I purchased a vehicle from them 10 years ago. The same one I had been driving around for 10 years and that I was ready to trade in for a new one. On my initial visit I worked with George. He was very laid back and professional. He took his time and I didn't feel rushed or pressured. We test drove the vehicle I specifically inquired about. He explained the safety features of the vehicle, which were important to me since I have a small child. I wasn't ready to purchase just yet as I wanted to shop around a bit. He thanked me for coming in and said that he hoped to see me back. He mentioned to keep in mind the service I would receive long after my vehicle purchase. I visited several other dealerships before I decided to go back to Ed Morse. On my second visit I worked with James. He was also very laid back and professional. He helped by showing me all the different vehicles that were available and the various colors they came in. He recommended going with the special edition version because of the added benefits (better rims, sound system, 6 cd changer, etc.) for a small price. After filling out a credit application, we took the vehicle I chose out for a test drive. While out test driving James explained the different buttons and their various functions. Once we returned from our test drive, we discussed financing options that were available. I had shopped around previously for auto loans and James told me that they could probably meet or beat the rate I had been quoted. James then introduced me to Kurt, the finance gentleman. He was also very laid back and professional. After gathering some additional information from me (down payment amount, trade-in amount, etc.) Kurt ran my application through several different loan sources to see who would approve me for what amount. As a single mom, my main concern during this entire process was my bottom line monthly payment. After 15 minutes or so, Kurt had heard back from one source that offered me a 75 month payment plan. This worked great for my situation. After going back and forth a bit about putting more money down, giving me more for my trade in and working in the GAP insurance plus extended warranty, we came to an agreement that I was comfortable with. The bank gave me an interest rate of 2.5%! I took my time reading through the paperwork provided to me and Kurt answered my questions as I read through the numerous pieces of paper. Once the paperwork was done, I met again with James. He helped me contact my insurance company to set up a new policy. He was helpful in offering to fax my new vehicle information directly to the insurance company. Once that was complete, he took me to the service center where we picked up my complimentary touch up paint container and then set up my free oil change, which is where he introduced me to Eric. Eric scheduled my oil change in 6 months, but assured me it wouldn't be an issue to change the appointment if I needed to. James and I went back outside where he had my new car waiting for me. He also had my old car parked behind it so that I could look through once more and make sure I hadn't overlooked anything that may have been remaining in the car. He removed my satellite radio so that I could have it set up in my new car. I appreciated him getting his hands dirty! Before driving off in my new car, he made sure I didn't have any other questions and went through a checklist before I left. I drove my new car off the lot feeling excited and satisfied. I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience. Thank you to everyone who helped me! I will definitely recommend Ed Morse Honda to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle! More
First, Julie Berger was wonderful on the telephone. She was great with follow up. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by Carlos Datena. When the price came in a little high, Ralph Mandarino worked with me until it was as close as it could get to my budget. The dealership itself was very clean and the sales people were all very friendly and courteous. And fianlly, when all was said and done, the manager came out and thanked me and offered his services if ever needed. More

Met with Jeff Hays and was shown a '01 Mercury Grand Marqu Came in to trade in my old '94 Intrepid and was looking to upgrade to a better used car. Met with Jeff Hays and was shown a '01 Mercury Grand Marquis which I liked immediately. It had the room I needed and was in great shape. Went for a test drive and loved it. Jeff was extremely courteous and gave me a great price on it and a very fair price for my old heap. Having a horrible experience with my local dealer, we drove almost 3 hours to buy our 2011 Civic Si coupe from Ed Morse. Cliff and George were the best. Will definately buy from these guys again. I came to the dealership very discouraged. Our family only has one car and that car had broken down for the last time two days earlier. I had saved a small amount of money, but did not have good credit and I was afraid I was going to have to settle for another unreliable and old car. Jeff made me feel completely at ease after I explained my situation. He let me know that people with credit scores lower and higher than mine had both gotten car loans recently. He then went out and found me a reliable Honda Civic that I could afford. He worked all the next day to get the financing that I needed, and I drove home in my car that evening. Thank you!! More
