Tom was wonderful, very professional and patient. A 5 rating would mean I could get in and out the dealership within 2 hours. Even before I bought my Fit the end of 07 I liked this dealership we'd go car shopping as a family and this place just felt happier to me then the others. This trip looking for a car was cause I totaled my Fit and was looking to replace it we first stopped by the used section and met Jeff they had 2 cars that stuck out but not totally fitting of me so we stopped some other places found a great deal on a fun car but it was manual we let a few days go by while I tried to get some friends to teach me but they couldn't at the moment. So I came in and talked with George who had helped with my other sale and the 3 of us were able to get my mom happy with leasing a new Fit and ended up getting 4 years for 3 dollars less then the 6 years of my old one, with full service and maintenance for 3 years except tires. I do enjoy the upgrades Honda has put in for the base model even a new secret hiding place! More
