Joe introduced himself to my husband on the internet and invited us to come look. Carlos worked with us when we walked in. We were made to feel WELCOME. Very nice people. Salesman (Peter) ran in the rain to pull two different vehicles under cover for us to try. Peter ran again in the rain to pull our trade under cover so we could transfer our belongings. We went to eat while the new vehicle was being preped and when we returned, all the finance paperwork was finished and ready for us to sign, as promised. We had to return 5 days after the sale to have the paint and interior protection package applied and there was a free rental car waiting for us to use for the day, again as promised. When we returned to pick up the car at the end of the day, it was clean, shiney, and ready. They even noticed a small chip on the front bumper and touched it up. It was an outstanding sales/service experience at every point of contact. Everyone was friendly, respectful of our time, and made good on all their promises. She displayed respect for my intelligence and did not speak to me as if I were an "idiot woman" the way some male salesmen do. When I asked her the price she told me the price - not what the "monthly payments" would be. She coordinated with the business office and service department to get me the information I wanted. She was cheerful and a pleasure to work with mixing the proper amount of friendly conversation and facts about the car. I received what I perceived to be a very fair price for my new car. All in all I would recommend her in a second to anyone wanting a car. More

James, Ralph and every other person I had contact with at Ed Morse Honda treated me like normal every day people you would meet out in the real world. They did not drape themselves in the same sleazy can't believe a word I say smiles and demeanours found at other dealers. This was clear as day right from the start as I was working with multiple dealers at the same time trying to find the best deal. I paid a Great price for my new Odyssey, but I would have gladly paid more money than I would be willing to pay for the competition's vehicle just because no one was wearing the sleazy factor prevalent at other dealerships. It’s such a simple concept that makes people want to buy from you so I’m not sure why other dealers don’t adopt the same attitude, but it’s their loss and Ed Morse Honda’s gain, clearly. :) This is just the solid foundation that my car buying experience was built on. On top of this glorious reality found at Ed Morse Honda, working with James Scaglione was a dream come true and, dare I say, an enjoyable experience. I am a very sceptical car buyer and have never enjoyed a car buying experience until my recent purchase working with James. James is a complete professional who is clearly an expert in Honda Product Knowledge, and he went to battle to push my lease through even with my very tainted credit history and after being shot down many times prior over the few days before we were finally approved. Of course, I am elated for the results of his efforts, but even without that victory, James proved to be a class act. He gave me his cell phone number and for days we talked and texted trying to hammer out a deal that worked for both of us. If James said he was going to do something (and when he was going to do), he delivered as promised every time, which tells me he takes pride in what he does and speaks volumes of his Character. The icing on the cake for my Wife and I (and our 2 children) is the play area for the kids. It may not seem like a big deal, but believe me keeping the kids entertained during the car buying process and when coming in for maintenance goes along way. It is also another example of the top notch customer service you are going to find to be the norm at Ed Morse Honda. Please know that I highly recommend James and the whole team to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Of course, I recommend their vehicles too. Just get behind the wheel of one and you'll know what I mean. What a solid feel. When I arrived at the dealership to pick up my lease, there was a great amount of confusion because the two contact people I needed weren't in the dealership. However, I was directed to George Wittbold who did a great job taking over for the missing guys and guide my through the delivery process. I was very frustrated at first, but through working with George I was infinitely more comfortable. George really took the time to make sure that I was happy with the car, took his time, and he was quite diligent in showing me all the features of my new Honda Insight and making sure I was pleased and comfortable. By the time I left the dealership, I couldn't have been more pleased. George was great, along with the other financial staff at the dealership. When I reflect on the process, I don't remember my disappointment at the beginning! More
