Making an appointment was easy. Appointment was within 1 day of call. Waiting room is spacious with popcorn, water bottles, tv, magazines and the restrooms nearby. Service area is not readily visible, signage could be better. Report from service is difficult to read. Stkicker in car said tires are "poor", but service advisor did not tell me this nor was it on the service report. Cody service advisor got me in quickly, addressed my concerns and kept me updated. Travis has no customer service skills. He did not check on me in the waiting room, and he let me sit there for an extra 45-50mins after my car was finished. I got an oil change here (the works) and when I checked afterwords they had not filled up the other fluids such as my coolant and brake fluid as advertised in the fluids top off.
