We called to confirm our appointment and the individual I spoke with said we didn't have an appointment even though I had an email confirmation. I also asked them to check on a flat tire. we ended up dropping it off and showing them the email confirmation. They argued at first about the appointment. Amanda was really friendly and helped us get the radio covered under the warranty. However, they said the vehicle was ready for pick up and we came there and it wasn't. Came back an hour later and it was ready. Flat tire was not fixed. Ended up taking it to Muscatine tire and wheel this morning. More

Would not drop off my car until after I paid for service, first time in all my years with this Ford dealer. Very inconvenient, does'nt feel like local business anymore. Amanda was professional in that she told me the charges up front, which I appreciated. However, when I went to pay the bill a 10% shop charge had been added to the bill which I was not informed of. Very poor and unprofessional service advisor. Tried to add unneeded service, unacceptable mark up on parts, and when bill came in lower, he increased labor costs.
