Took over 10 days and several calls to find out information on my parts, no one had a clue. This was all warranty work. Took over 2 hours. Not acceptable 45 minutes before they started. Washed it only after I mentioned they had skipped that. I very much appreciated Joshua insuring everything was done that needed to be done. We have always serviced our Truck here. I was very disappointed as was Joshua when he discovered in our prior servic done that needed to be done. We have always serviced our Truck here. I was very disappointed as was Joshua when he discovered in our prior services were not not done correctly, I.e. air filters not changed when we had the truck service before. It seems to speck to some of the employees that were at the dealership and hopefully they moved on. We also had our truck in the body shop for some work. The front grill that was ordered, arrived at the shop but some how disappeared so they had to order a new one. My hope it that you are able to find and keep quality men/women with integrity. It seems Joshua is a man of integrity. For your success will depend on customers come back. Marc. More
